Dues

Annual Homeowners’ Association dues are presently $175.00 and payment is required by November 1st each year. A dues collection notice will be provided by mail in early September.

These dues are a mandatory obligation of each homeowner as indicated in the Farmington Brook Bylaws Amendments.

Please make checks payable to Farmington Brook HOA and mail them along with your filled out Dues Payment & Resident Update Form ahead of the due date to:

Alternatively, checks and dues payment sheet can be submitted in person at the Annual HOA Meeting.

Unpaid dues accrue interest at a rate of 9% per year beginning December 1st and liens will be placed upon any delinquent property.
